GREEN®

A methodology for environmental assessment and certification of buildings developed by the GBC Spain
Association. Recognising that it is not enough to include a single element of improvement to affirm that a building
is sustainable, the Technical Committee of GBC Spain has formulated a series of criteria and guidelines to define
the limits and necessary requirements for a building to obtain the GBC Spain - VERDE® Certification, which includes
the use of sustainable energies and reduced water consumption as two basic aspects to achieve the certification.


In addition, the evaluation system bases a large part of its score on the environment with high levels of comfort
and quality of life for users.

Well Building Standard

A standard that combines the best practices in design and construction with evidence-based health and wellbeing interventions. In other words, it looks to the organisation facilities as a vehicle to support human health,
wellbeing and comfort.


The Well Building Standard is a certification whose compliance is increasing significantly in companies that want to achieve the best possible workforce through internationa best workplaces rankings.

Savings

The implementation of the new facilities management system, which for years has been implementing the shared use of workstations, known as “hot desks” allows dynamic cost savings in terms of maintenance of facilities and reduced working areas.

An area equipped with photovoltaic parasols and furniture also enables this dynamic option of shared use of workstations when weather conditions allow it.

All the materials used to manufacture the Eco Station and the auxiliary furniture are 100% recyclable since the structure of all the elements used is metallic (carbon steel sections), with a coating composed of recycled thermoplastic resins, allowing the complete recycling of all the pieces of the Oasis, in addition to providing the components with very high external hardness, far superior to traditional coating.

These key design and manufacturing features, coupled with the advantages of energy savings and, in the case of landscaping elements, design for minimum water consumption, allow the life cycle of the Eco Station, furniture and landscaping to have a positive life cycle impact on all relevant aspects of the product's environmental performance.
